Jackie leads our organisation with a clear vision: making community transport accessible, reliable, and sustainable for everyone. With years of experience of developing community services, Jackie is passionate about creating solutions that put people first.

“I believe transport is more than getting from A to B – it’s about independence, inclusion, and opportunity,” Jackie says.

As Interim CEO, Jackie is focused on strengthening partnerships, modernising our fleet, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and care. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys connecting with local and global communities and championing initiatives around the world that make a real difference.

Operations Manager

Bringing years of experience in community service delivery, transport coordination, and team leadership. She oversees the day-to-day running of our transport services, ensuring they remain safe, efficient, and responsive to community needs. Samantha is passionate about inclusion and accessibility, working closely with local partners to make sure every journey supports connection and independence for Brent residents. Her commitment to quality service and community wellbeing is at the heart of everything she does.

Human Resources - June Crowther and Jocelyn Fisher

June and Jocelyn joined Brent Community Transport in 2013 and now provide dedicated HR support across the organisation. They oversee recruitment, staff management, and compliance, while also lending a hand in customer service and operations when needed. Their flexibility and commitment, even stepping in to help out other services/department on occasion, make them an invaluable part of the BCT team.
